Hi, I am Lis Toledo- I am so happy you're here!

I came to know Jesus through small groups in high school at the age of 15. Life has since been an interesting journey with many twists and turns, but no matter where I’ve gone, God has remained faithful and patient with me. He never left me in my sin and despair. He has stayed faithful and has brought me out each time.

Everything and anything good in me is a testament to who Jesus is!

He is the source of blessing in my marriage, the One who leads me as I homeschool our three children, and the One who enables me to listen deeply as a therapist. He’s carried me through dark valleys and taught me the beauty of community over isolation.

I’m not perfect. I need Jesus daily. Here, we come together—imperfect but hopeful—to reflect on His faithfulness and grace.

Professionally, I’m a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) specializing in trauma-informed care and Christian counseling. I have a passion for helping people break free from unhealthy cycles and walk in their God-given identity and freedom. Find out more here.
